Delegation Leader

Josue Saldivar has been actively involved in the Tucson community since 2009. They first began their involvement with providing resources and support to students, parents, and educators in order to make higher education accessible to all students regardless of their immigration status. Later in 2014, their involvement focused on providing resources and support to LGBTQIA+ detainees both during and after immigration detention. Currently, they are a part of Underground Seminary in Minnesota. Josue has been with Borderlinks since 2016.
